Both are BurstAll like Red Hood
Also both will be the first re-enter B3 meaning that once you burst with Eternity, she will remove the debuff that allows Endless to re-enter b3, so you can burst with her and vice-versa
Basically you need both so they can be useful

Another gimmick is that if you use only them in a team, they remove the %deficit of a stage meaning it would be only 2 nikkes against the world
