I have a "friend" in our group who's just like that. He'll buy some random game and play it for 2 weeks to a month trying to convince the whole gang to buy it. But every single time he will slowly start complaining about it more and more over time until he has one bad match/session and then claim the whole game is "broken" because of one specific thing that killed him. Like when Helldivers 2 came out he was all over it until he had a bad mission that failed and just claimed the game was broken and uninstalled it an never mentioned it again. He was all over Valheim until he died and lost all his shit and then never touched it again because it was "unfair". Most of the times when he dies I can hear him smashing his keyboard and he mumbles shit like "okay now the jumps not working why won't you jump" or "why won't x work". Then he will try to deflect the reason he died/failed was because "why didn't you do x/y". It's always someone/something else's fault he lost or died. It's so exhausting I don't play any matches with the gang when he's in the group, co-op OP or competitive. Like these games aren't even competitive guy they are PvE you don't need to get so tilted when you lose. It's distinctively uncomfy and no one wants to be the one to tell him he constantly acts like a man child. One of my comfy brows already stopped showing up for over a month already.
