Some doofus found this mech buried under rubble. The main issue its just the structure only and he only has enough cash to to fit an ICE engine into it as well as plaster some Industrial armor to cover the mech. Luckily for him the mech's internals are the standard for Battlemechs as well as Endo STeel and with some fine haggling with Sea fox merchants he netted himself some Chemical lasers as well as a Light AC-2 and ammo to go with it.

He's calling it the Trash Heap.
