I'd rather they make a fun co-op game that hopefully rakes in money as co-op games can manage to do so they can spend their time making E.Y.E 2 right rather than to rush to it immediately on whatever funds they have available. They're back to being indie so they're on their own for cash
I've got no doubt in my mind that they want to make E.Y.E 2 but this definitely feels a safer move than relying solely on the waning popularity of a 14 year old game that managed to get popular in large part due to it being available for only a dollar or two
