Europe doesn't want Ukraine to end because then Russia is going to switch on to Baltic states which leads to direct NATO conflict. USA wants Ukraine to end because then they can start investing into their liberated pocket state on the boarder with Russia. Overthrowing Belarus is probably what they're planning to do next.
