On a serious note Varesa is for Overload and Flins is for Lunar charge, same element different role.
Varesa will be good against the likes of Dragon or Tulpa.
Flins will be good against Lunar charged shit or hydro related bosses.
The only one who got it bad is Clorinde who has no reason to exist.

She is already on the verge of being great and this is before the nod krai craftable, the nod krai set and any characters who properly synergize with her
