If they want to waste their resources on a literal ghost town that’s great. They’ve already officially announced a major downgrade to their growth rate cause they can’t hide how bad things truly are right now (worse than the headline cause most of Russia’s growth this year was in the first 3 months of the year so its likely going to be in recession by early 2026 at this rate) and major industrial contraction - despite ‘industry’ mostly being military related at this stage they still can’t stop it. Everything they waste now on useless targets just makes the issue bigger
