If you can't pinpoint the problem, maybe the problem is multifaceted, ie. Dependent upon multiple factors or it just happens to elude you. Best thing you can do is doing different things like following the general advices(starting up a business, a hoby, doing sports, praying, meditation etc...) and see if by doing them you are able to extend your streak
