Yeah, my ideal Digimon game would have been Survive if you flipped the gameplay to VN ratio and you could move around the world instead of point & click. Because Bamco's idea of a good story is a bunch of one-note characters endlessly rehashing the exact same talking points with each other on loop.

Even Time Stranger Aegiomon is probably the most humanised Digimon yet. If you don't look below his waist he's just looks like some tribal kid. I want a story where the fact you're a tamer actually means something.
