Any math-type runners in here? I’m running the Philly marathon on 11/23, about 11 weeks out. Been vibe-running 900 miles this year so far. At 220-225lbs will I be able to do a 3:15:00 or better by November?

I don’t plan to cut weight, just maintain and increase volume to about 160-180mi/month.

Also these runs are in Ultraboost 5X which are almost 13oz each shoe compared to my racing shoe (Adizero Adios Pro 4) at like 8.5oz each
