No, that means a person is lost. We believe that Jesus erased all your sin once, and now by placing your faith in the Gospel, that Jesus died for your sin you are clean. There is no need for sorrow, worry, fear, guilt, because your sins are erased (justified) by grace through your faith. Only if you are waving in your faith (a sin) will you start to lose the Holy Spirit, which is why everyday is strengthening your faith. Plant a little today, harvest big tomorrow.
