My friend, you need to go to an actual steakhouse and get a good cut
Prime Rib
NY Strip
Sirloin
Tenderloin
Ribeye
T-bone
You use lower grade cuts like flank steak or bottom round as ingredients for other things
Hint: If you go to a restaurant and order Prime Rib, do *not* get it if the wait staff asks you "How do you want that cooked?"
Reason being is if they ask this then they don't know what they are doing. They are incompetent.
Prime Rib comes one way: Slow cooked - it's already done as is.
You warm the meat with the au jus sauce that comes with it, which should be piping hot.
