Ok i'll bite: It does, you have a fuckload of tools at your disposal (conf hardening via partitioning, groups, kernel arguments and modules, policykit, dbus policies, firewall profiles, tomoyo/apparmor/selinux, firejail, third part demons like usbguard, etc...), just use them. Retard.
