Does anyone know if the voice actress for the anime police officer is actually Japanese? The Pantsahat wiki doesn't list a voice actor for her, unlike the other characters. I hear what I think is the same actor in other Pantshat videos but I can't discern the accent despite having lived in Japan for a decade, it just sounds like "general indistinct foreign" to me at the moment
