genshin is really fucking with my brain, 'cause i just finished this quest and och-kan mogs 99% of the playable cast in terms of writing, his dilemma about choosing in between his dragon and human nature is cool

why isn't he playable, why do we instead get random chefs no one heard about or a girl whose entire personality is eating a lot of food, what's the big idea here?
i'm genuinely confused
