The only micro-bikini I've seen in a mod was Nal's swimsuits but it was sadly for Realistic Bodies. I made an edit which fit vanilla style bodies better, I use Malang but I was told it was okay for Unagi's (I think that's what it was), though it still looks shit from the side because that would involve either redrawing it (which I lack the skill to do) or stretching it to the point it ruins the quality.
