If the in store option is anything like Hertz, then I'd wager the store might end up being more expensive as they try to get you to pay for other bullshit. Ultimately, as a foreigner who can't speak a lick of moonspeak, you're better off fiddling your phone and reserve a car a few days before you need it as opposed to fumbling your way in a store where they might not even have cars available.
