Mexico would last maybe 30-180 days before it becomes a US territory. We'd probably do what we did with Japan, where Mexico is "sort of" still its own country but under the aegis and control of the US. Border controls would still be strict as hell but a ton of American companies would get fat off the spoils of Mexico's resources.

Fortunately, with the US in the area (at least as far as I know) off the coast of your country, so China won't do shit right.

To be fair, you guys do have a substantial navy for a country of your size and tbf you guys are building as quickly as possible. Best option currently is to see if you can buy some ships from either India or Europe.

Nothing like an aircraft carrier but a fleet of 6-10 missile frigates would help considerably, or at least make China pay for attempting to start shit.

Also, air support. Your air force was currently made for internal issues but now has to shift into territorial security. You got a dozen FA-50Hs with another dozen on the way but that's not enough. Your nation doesn't have the logistics for F-35s, and FA-50Hs are closer to F-16s, so if you could score a few of those, even a dozen, that would help.

It would be a long shot but grabbing a squadron or two of the older F-15s being phased out in the US would REALLY help as thought are great for anti-ship missions. You'd have to basically overhaul them back to working order but they would make any Chinese ship think twice.

Also, missile launchers from the mainland would be a considerable boon. Tomahawks for example, something lots of range that could basically ensure that if something hostile enters your waters, you can at least harass/hit it until air units get scrambled and start lobbing harpoons at it.
