The neat part is if these seisaku are animation fans, so they often follow some like-minded animation otaku. For example the Animation Producer for Sono Bisque Doll (who his career as seisaku at dogakobo) follows me on twitter although I'm absolutely a beg.

So if you want get your works known, be active on twitter especially the animation community by following a bunch of animators (Japanese and foreigners), anime directors and seisaku (they often put 制作進行 in their bios). Make friends with some foreign animators who have made it in the industry. Some animators like @LissBevs even translated anime guide resources that they share for free.
