I've found ~8 quests for LW by now, but my Tailo/Ench buddy can't seem to find anything.
Has anyone found profession quests for Tailo or Ench? And are they tied to levels or the profession itself?

I need some info on profession quests
>Are they the same for everyone or somehow randomised?
>Are they shared between the locations/capital cities?
>How often do they unlock? Based on levels or the profession itself?
