Im 27 and my nasolobial smile wrinkle is now permanent and three months ago I discovered my first cellulite. Anything else hasnt changed however I was born already walled anyways (always had forehead, neck and eye wrinkles, even as a 6 year old) so it doesnt truly matter, it was always over
