Meds have retained largerly an old school mentality of what is fun. They're much more used to spend their days frolicking outside than playing vidya. Not only that, playing vidya in the bottom three (GR,ES,IT) is widely seen as weird, childish and pathetic to this day, preferring to rot their brain with soccer instead. Tldr they're the normiest of normies
