No idea but you wanna know the funny part? This is weakened Keening. There was no ritual and the Keening was all over the Middle East in the past. Before the Black Stone was stolen. And it is still stupidly powerful.
Also canonically, The Keening is still in V5. And the Red Gas used by the Second Inquisition (and in Bloodhunt game) reminds vampires of it.
