>Aced my test easy as a biiiiitch
Good job! I have to proctor some exams next month and I'm not looking forward to it, but I'd rather do that than sit one.
>Makes sense, people tend to be self centered in city centers.
I think at a certain level of business you have to start being selfish otherwise nothing would get done. It's not been beaten out of me (yet).
>Nice to hear you got some closure.
I don't know if I'd call it closure, but it's better than what I was working with.

>Losing people always sucks and always will, but being a position you can hold it together worse case is a good thing to work towards.
Definitely. My parents are pushing 70 now, so it's as good a time as any to learn that skill.
>ah plenty of time
I should be able to get it done. Hopefully well enough that I can get a spot at the conference I'm submitting it to.
>but are you on a visa wherever you're living?
Yes, it's all above board. Incidentally I was stopped by a plainclothes officer when I arrived and had to awkwardly explain my stay was a few years and not a few weeks.

>i hope it was a nice email then
One of concern. I feel bad for worrying her.
>it's good that you still care for her tho
It's hard not to. Even if she really hurt me, I still love her for everything else she did and understand it came from a (very warped) place of love and/or trauma on her end.
>atleast my lgs offers a discount but it's still pretty damn expensive
One of my friends ended up getting a 3D printer and pirating the models because that somehow worked out cheaper.

>you don't have a strange feeling and think something is still wrong.
I appreciate the concern, thank you.
I think the initial shock has (mostly) warn off now. Sooner than I anticipated, too.

What movie do you have in mind?
