Blaming ones shortcomings on others is a way of dodging accountability, something women are notorious for doing. Don't be like women. However, the fact we even need to go to the gym, to stay in shape, instead of having enough economical prosperity for the individual to afford enough space and liberty to work towards self-sustenance, is a massive hurdle created by the the capitalist ruling class.
