Kako is a very divisive character, it wouldn't be that odd for some people to dislike her, combine that with the fact that Kako, a supposedly "popular" character turned out to be not popular at all, and as a result she has attached shitposters who love to shit on her, and people who shit on her because they hate her.
As for Takemaru, it's just a single guy and he really hates Takemaru for some reason.
