Cause it's part of their design philosophy or some shit. But the real answer is that asymmetry is an easy thing to slap onto characters when your visual medium is 3D models that have no/minimal need to be redrawn constantly like in 2D animation. (Very common with gacha and vtuber designs.) It's the cheap and easy way to make characters stand out by blunt forcing a unique appearance via oversaturation of fine details. Alice's character even pokes fun at the people who complain about this (Look at the lines about her swimsuit and the pointless thigh strap it has.) but ironically she has one of the best designs in the game because there's actual reason and purpose behind her asymmetric eyes.
