Christianity has always been lame and pathetic. The idea that it's "badass" or that it was in the past is pure Hollywood propaganda.
It literally is a cult that tells you to never fight back or resist abuse, and to be as weak and pathetic as possible so people stop abusing you out of pity.
Anyone who's ever been bullied in school knows that this is a lie and doesn't work.
The abuse will only stop when you fight back and make sure there are bad consequences for it.
This advice only works for the kind of people who Christianity used to recruit from the most. Women, widows, beggars, cripples, illiterate peasants, slaves...
These are people that were so weak and had no hope of ever fighting back against their oppressors. It was the only thing they could do.
But if you're a grown man this advice is literally suicide, and this is exactly the mentality that has led the West towards its doom.
