Its a game that takes place in future Japan. The mc (a highschool student) by chance finds a screwdriver in the ground just beside his home and reads the memories inside it (due to humanity having discovered a way to read memories and minds through a specific kind of atom). This leads him to an abandoned house, where he discovers a seemingly asleep young girl who looks exactly like one of his classmates

The plot builds up from there. Its a very interesting game, with lots of philosophy and lots of worldbuilding. It also deals with the implications of AI in society for example.
