NTA but I assume it does since all squad wide buffs apply to your partner. If your friend deploys Schwarz, Pepe or Eyja, it buffs your Snipers, Guards and Casters too. Afaik the game treats both players as if they have one big same squad, so Shu's talent buffs should apply to both, and in theory if one players brings +3 Sui and the other Shu, the 4 Sui bonus should activate despite technically being in separate teams. I'll test it later.
