I always thought BnHA was mediocre even when it first came out last decade. It struck me as the author trying to pander to the western capeshit popularity at the time. The characters are all flat and have shitty, boring, weak, lame powers. Sticky balls for hair? Engines in your calves? Being a frog? How uninspired.
