Yeah, i think so too, i really don't know why they don't let you use the full strength of the floor of general works at the very least against the Distorted Ensemble, you get all those cool new cards and EGO pages and feel great for about 30 seconds before asking yourself what the fuck are you supposed to do with them lol.

chrono ark was fun. i think it does a way better job at integrating unique mechanics into card battler fights than ruina. theres like 1% of the freedom though you mostly get handed builds and figure out what to do with them
