We are 100% living in a simulation, and some cops have access to tools and software they should not have. In Ireland its the DOCB. Its often drug cops, or if you're in America, alphabet agenices. If you get on lists and do drugs you will be bullied to death by your own government.
The DOCB demonstrated to me capabilities which could really only be possible in a sim.
