-Their Skeletour ends in September, so they’re wide open for October.
-Whole spooky/occult shit lines up perfectly with Fortnitemares.
-Music actually works in Festival (Square Hammer, Year Zero, Rats, etc).
-Scooby Doo collab is already lined up for FN this year, so the whole event is going “Halloween” themed.

The fucking Scooby Doo metal jokes write themselves, and Epic does pay attention to the fandoms of IPs they crossover with. If you're still not convinced and think I'm talking out my ass look at past headliners. There's always a pattern or theme. Eminem was the launch flex, Gaga during Rainbow Royale, Metallica for the summer arena vibe, Gorillaz targeting the 90s/2000s crowd (same reason this current BR season dropped OG Power Rangers and Halo because 90s kids = money now).
