A good point. They are just government employees. I know, I was one of them. They train girls the same way and its absurd. They recruit literally anyone now and the training is a joke. They have to idiot-proof absolutely every piece of equipment everyone uses. So you can just imagine what drone pilots must be doing. Everything is in a manual that is composed by equally retarded morons that is of no help in real life.
