Hi anons, /tg/ anon here.
I'm looking to create a small booklet of fanfiction and I've got funds to pay for some art (I know art isn't cheap I don't plan on skimping on price). I'm looking to have someone come up with some artistic page layouts and also color in pic related for a few custom schemes, including emblems and such.

So is this kind of work appropriate to ask about on this board or on the graphic design board? Do you guys take commissions here?
