They're oke, quite industrious despite the current problems (who doesn't have problems).
And Novosibirsk for example has power plants, there's Altay and ALtay Republic next, there's powerful universities, it's a powerful city.

That's my point, whichever Baltic country we mentioned, it has a smaller population, but a lot more noise and rage.

Bandung and/or Busan (SK) both out-perform them. Toghether. Or alone. Is just a place, but they constantly "rattle the cage" through pointless statements, like that photoshoot about how they built barricades accross the Narva/Russia border.

Or that time they tried to fucking strafe an oil tanker through intimidation and then Murmansk sent two interceptors and they were like "HALP, EVIL RUSSIANS ATTACKING US FOR NO REASON!!!"
