I mean considering the rut the series is stuck in almost anything was going to be a step in the right direction. It honestly would've been difficult to lower the series status any further with a new trailer, unless it was really REALLY unfathomably bad. In my opinion FE hasn't felt like FE since Awakening, so the current game not feeling like FE to me doesn't come as a great shock. Maybe someday we'll get something that feels like it actually belongs in the same franchise as the classics again, but that day is clearly still far away to be really upset over anything in this trailer.
