Notably not a talent contract, though LM claims that he has seen a VShojo talent contract, that he agreed would remain confidential, and certain provisions appear in both contracts that Kson, Ironmouse, and the like are likely dealing with, including a broad non-disparagement clause.

Items of note:

- Vshojo has assets and is headquartered in California, but is registered in Delaware, in addition, their choice of labor law venue is Washington (one of the few states that still sometimes enforces non-competes), and their attorney is in North Carolina. Though LM points out that any court can easily throw all these out and claim they are subject to California labor law, etc, and certain mandatory California labor laws cannot be avoided at all. There's also a chance the case could go federal.
- Once separated the Employee is no longer entitled to further compensation of any sort.
- The Return of Property clause includes electronically stored files, so VShojo may try to revoke model assets. (They already attempted this with Silvervale when she left.)
- The contract attempts to make it appear that you cannot file claims with any government agency or of sexual harassment, but this is not in fact the case.
- The contract attempts to claim they can wave a slew of labor laws that they cannot in fact wave, including the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Labor Standards Act, Equal Pay Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, The Whistle Blower Act, minimum wage laws, various illegal immigration employment laws, fraud, etc.
- The disparagement clause is largely unenforceable as laws were broken, but includes, among other penalties, any attorney fees incurred by VShojo.

LM has says that, while not as bad as the Nijisanji contract he reviewed before, the contract suffers from a "banality of evil" in that it's so plain that employees will tend to take the contract at its word, even when it is clearly in violation, even of itself.
