oh right my b I was thinking of METERLESS reversals, his DP ain't half bad in Xrd, generous hitbox, recovery is neither ch state nor airborne, not even crouching so it's not SUPER unsafe on block, 9f isn't the fastest reversal in the world but it'll do the job, also not air unblockable which is very strange
