Confirming a tweet from another user that the reason that they didn't use Premium Rare dresses from Aikatsu was that because in the show designers have to approve the idle that wears them first.

It was in response to some really stupid riffraffing between some idiots over the circumstances behind not using Premium Rare dresses in the movie, one of the ones that went viral framed it as a CG team bias towards not using Aikatsu dresses so it was most likely a direct response to that speculation.
