yeah it is all women. when you have some cash again start going to conferences for your industry. that's where the magic happens. network like a beast and if you don't know how just fly out to a conference and learn how. it's that easy show up and meet people. I meet so many executives there and also hiring manager types, colleagues or peer type people. there is probably local conferences near you now of some kind. the easiest way to get a job is through someone you know and if you know jack shit go meet some people.
