a dash cannot be cancelled into other moves.
that makes dash checks consistent and most importantly binary. either you check it or you dont.

meanwhile someone can launch slime fullscreen and even if you react to it he can cancel it into some delayed move and fuck you over.
thats what makes it a full screen roulette move.
