I agree with regulations for safety. But everything else is completely fair game for the EMPLOYER to dictate. You don't have to agree, you don't have to take the job, you can ask for more compensation, it's up to you. But the EMPLOYER is the one creating jobs, taking on entrepreneurial risk, and contributing to society, not the employee.
