All Sega has to do is add listing timers with listing fees that scale with the price you set.
Scalpers neutered overnight

So if you list something for 60 million meseta and say the game charges you a 20% fee of what you're asking to even list it, then scalpers are going to stop pushing the insane price tags.

And to be fair, for lowerend goods, you can make the fee scale depending on price, so only outrageous prices will charge you 20%, but if you list a capsule for, say, 100k, then it's down to only a 1-3% listing fee.

You could also make it where if a player actually scratches for cosmetics, they're not charged a fee for listing, but if someone buys it out and relists, they get hit with fees so it doesn't discourage people who do scratch.

But obviously Sega doesn't want that because having this twisted, retarded system that rewards third-world shitheads is beneficial to them because it pushes everyone to scratch if they truly want highly desired cosmetics.

GaaS are major league scams overall and not real video games.
