Get more ATK%. Your hat can be redone, same with your gloves. Just keep speed above 133.3, you can cut 5.5 speed off still. Your orb doesn't have a single SPD roll, so you can skip the SPD in the hat/gloves altogether for a high ATK% rolled one instead.
