Getting local cops to arrest their boss's and jeopardize their careers where they live and have family's?

Better to have out of state or military do it....

Maybe he can contract out of state law enforcement and give them local jurisdiction, and have some sort of detainment center out of state....


You cannot detain and arrest them and then they go to court and the Chicago system drops charges lol
