This is pretty messed up, I thought Veronica's ballistas were not supposed to be any cost:
But apparently it does work with Foggy Crystal Ball (40% damage mult for 0 cost Mythic)
Calc adds up, no other buffs going than the ones shown, base is at 192 displayed in game

This is
~33% boost to final ballista dmg at 0 reloads
~15% boost at 3 reloads
~11% boost at 5 reloads
~8.8% boost at 5 reloads + 150% kowalski
And overall ~12% to 5% better than Second Method
