Zoomers can't keep jobs because of two things, they live for the temporary since they're scared to be tied down for more than 5 years and companies themselves don't want uppity workers with seniority, that try to act like they have a say in how business is conducted. They are fucked twice over by these things and end up with nothing in their late-20s or 30s, no risks taken and no real effort put in to have better lives. Millennials went through some of this too with the advent of the digital age, people didn't have to go out or far abreast to get things done anymore, they became obsessed with the speed society started running at. Social media leaves no escape from poor past decisions, someone will be around to bring up your worst moments when you least need them brought up and moving cities won't help you. This invasion of privacy leaves people unable to turn over a new leaf if they wanted to, out of stress over their past constantly being brought up. The digital age was a mistake, people don't need to be that far into another's business but if any good came of it, it proved our society is immoral as fuck now. All the shit that was hidden is out in the open but nobody can shame anyone else because they're all hedonist degenerates, it's laughable and now everyone would sooner burn society to the ground than to simply stop the stupid shit they do.
