It's lipo on the face. It looks fine when done moderately, especially on men with chubby faces lacking a jawline. I was thinking about it myself to get some fat to turn into stem cells which requires lipo, and when I bulk my face is the first to suffer.

The problem is celebs ghouling themselves out by draining their entire fat deposits then shaving their eyebrows like Miley Cyrus and Jenny Ortega just did.
